【關於紀錄片】
分為「American Epic：The Big Bang」、「American Epic：Blood And Soil」、「American Epic：Out Of The Many The One」系列三部曲，由美國PBS和英國BBC聯合出品，講述美國現代音樂初期發展的紀錄影片《The American Epic》，背景回到20-30年代，這個概念計畫由前Garage Rock風潮代表之一The White Stripes的Jack White、葛萊美+奧斯卡傳奇跨界製作大師T Bone Burnett、憑藉《凡夫俗子》拿下奧斯卡「最佳導演」兼演員的Robert Redford三人共通合作監製完成，匯集倫敦獨立品牌LO-MAX Records負責人之一Allison McGourty+電子搖滾女聲團Garbage的Duke Erikson等人撰寫劇本，讓英國出生，現居美國的導演Bernard MacMahon嶄露頭角之作！參與入鏡演出的包括Nas、Willie Nelson、Elton John、Beck、Steve Martin和Jack White等人！
